I love a good coffee table book both for inspiration & decor, but today is all about decorating with them, and specifically decorating with stacked coffee table books.
I’m taking the guesswork out of what coffee table books pair best together as a decor piece with my roundup below.
As I mentioned above, I love a good coffee table book. Of course, I love flipping through them for inspiration, but if I’m going to be honest, I probably like using them as home decor just as much.
They are such an easy decor piece to add to almost any room in your home!
And in this post, I’m sharing the best combinations of coffee table books to use as decor.

The Best Stacked Coffee Table Books
On the rectangular coffee table in our living room below, I have styled two separate stacks of decorative books. The first combination is Made For Living and Pacific Natural.
Made For Living is one of my very favorite books, and can easily be paired with several other books on my list below. It is a smaller book, which means it works best as the top book of the stack.
The next book stack is a favorite combo for neutral book decor.
And that is the pairing of Live Beautiful & Architectural Digest at 100, shown above.
I love the substantial size of the Architectural Digest book, along with the pretty linen color of it.
AD at 100 is also the perfect complement to From The Land, also a large book, and shown above with its cover removed. From the Land has the prettiest spring-like cover, which is equally as pretty styled anywhere in your home as the neutral option above.
Down To Earth & Still is another stacked coffee table book combination I love to use.
It is a really great combo to use for fall and winter!
On our living room accent table above, I have paired Interiors Atelier AM with Pacific Natural. This is a great pair of stacked books to use if you have a larger space to fill.
I also love the pairing of Pacific Natural with Pacific Natural At Home. They are the perfect combination!
Pacific Natural At Home also pairs well with AD at 100.
Foraged Flora & Simplicity was the very first coffee table book stack I purchased years ago! You can see the combo stacked together below on my open shelves.
It is still a very favorite combination!
Next, the combination of the two Atelier AM books.
The combination of Interior Atelier AM & Houses Atelier AM makes the perfect stack.
They are both great size books for styling on a console table, open shelf, or coffee table.
And both pair really well with DISC Interiors: Portraits of Home
Travel Home & Live Beautiful makes a great smaller stack of decor books!
I love the brown spine of Travel Home, and it is a great smaller book that pairs well with a lot of the other books on this list!
And last, but definitely not least, the combination of Abode & Feels Like Home.
Both of these books are white and neutral, which means they pair well with most of the other books.
Feels Like Home is a bit of a smaller book, and one that I reach for often when styling our coffee table.
