How to make espresso in Keurig
I get this question often but as we explained, you can’t make real espresso with Keurig because it’s a drip machine. What you can do, however, is try making the strongest cup possible so it’s as strong as espresso. This is also a good way to make homemade lattes or iced coffee with your Keurig.
To do this, you’ll want to use the smallest cup option on your model and use bold, dark roasted k cups.
You’ve probably noticed that k cups come in different roasts including light, medium, and dark roast. Each roast level gives different strength and flavor of the coffee. Dark roasts make the strongest coffee so you want to use those. Here are some good choices:

Next, brew the k cup using the smallest cup option. On K Cafe this will be a Shot option of course. On other models, you will usually have a 4-ounce or 6-ounce cup option. If you also have a Strong option, press this button as well.

But again, espresso roast is just a roast it’s not a different type of coffee. If you want a really strong cup of coffee you can use any coffee that says dark roast, french roast, or espresso roast.
